Way 1: Recover data from corrupted OS with System File Checker
You may not be able to get into the normal Windows OS, but to enter its Safe Mode, diagnostic mode in the Windows-based computer, is achievable. It can load the operating system with a limited set of files and drivers.
If a problem doesn't happen in safe mode, this means that default settings and basic device drivers aren't causing the issue.

2. In safe mode, go Start >All Programs >Accessories >System Tools >System Restore.

Use Migration Assistant

- Open Migration Assistant on your Mac. It's in the Utilities folder of your Applications folder.

Then click Continue.

- Choose a backup and click Continue.
- Select the information to transfer.

If you rename, the old account will appear as a separate user on your Mac, with a separate home folder and login. If you replace, the old account will delete and then replace the account on your Mac, including everything in its home folder. - Click Continue to start the transfer. Large transfers might need several hours to complete.
