There is no registry (thank God) in OS X, so you don't need to worry about that (which is one of the handy features in CCleaner for Windows). You typically should not worry about fragmentation in OS X either. There are different schools of thought on this topic however. Uh don't take me for an Apple apologist. I am well aware and often advocate of how their business model leads to unfortunately limiting everyone's freedoms. But this one is not one of those, I think. You shouldn't have bought a Mac in the first place, of course but that cause is seemingly lost. Find the latest sports news and articles on the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NCAA college football, NCAA college basketball and more at ABC News. Don't buy a Mac (particularly for gaming) if price/performance is your highest priority. Malware on Windows is no big deal because you can just re-format and re-install. Poster doesn't live.
You can't set up a Charge 4 on a Mac using Fitbit Connect. You do need a compatible smartphone/tablet. The Fitbit store has incorrect information about setup/syncing in the Fitbit Store. The store says that the Charge 4 will sync with Mac OS 12.2. There is no Mac OS 12.2. Mac OS Catalina is OS 10. The Store should say iOS 12.2, not Mac OS 12.2.
